These general terms and conditions of sale govern sales made on the QuadroSysteme website (quadrosysteme.fr). Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these terms.<\/p>\n\n

QuadroSysteme offers e-books (PDF format, instant download after purchase) and, where stated on the product page, printed books. The essential characteristics of each book (title, author, format, language, description) are shown on its product page before any purchase.<\/p>\n\n
Prices are shown in euros. The price displayed at the time of ordering is the final price paid by the customer, barring any obvious technical error.<\/p>\n\n
The order is confirmed after the product has been selected, the billing details entered, the payment method chosen and the payment confirmed. A confirmation email is sent once the order has been confirmed.<\/p>\n\n
Payment is made online, using the payment methods offered on the checkout page. The order is only processed once payment has been confirmed.<\/p>\n\n
For e-books, the file is accessed by secure download, available immediately after payment has been confirmed, from the confirmation email or from the customer\u2019s \u201cMy account\u201d area.<\/p>\n\n
In accordance with the rules applicable to the sale of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the customer in principle has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of the order.<\/p>\n
However, by ticking the box accepting these general terms and conditions of sale before completing their order, the customer expressly requests immediate performance of the order, i.e. immediate access to the digital file as soon as payment is confirmed, and acknowledges that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal as soon as the download begins, in accordance with the provisions applicable to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.<\/p>\n
For any question about a purchase, the customer may contact soulemaneismael@web.de before completing their order.<\/p>\n\n
The customer undertakes to provide accurate information when ordering and to use the digital files purchased strictly for personal purposes. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or resale is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n
The statutory warranties applicable in Germany and in the European Union with regard to digital content and conformity apply to sales made on QuadroSysteme.<\/p>\n\n
Any complaint about an order may be sent to soulemaneismael@web.de. We undertake to reply within a reasonable time.<\/p>\n\n
The books sold on QuadroSysteme remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. Purchasing an e-book gives the customer a right of personal use and not a transfer of copyright.<\/p>\n\n
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by German law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer\u2019s country of residence within the European Union.<\/p>\n
QuadroSysteme is not currently registered with any consumer mediation body and does not take part in any out-of-court dispute resolution procedure.
