These general terms and conditions of sale govern sales made on the QuadroSysteme website (quadrosysteme.fr). Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these terms.
1. Identity of the seller

2. Products
QuadroSysteme offers e-books (PDF format, instant download after purchase) and, where stated on the product page, printed books. The essential characteristics of each book (title, author, format, language, description) are shown on its product page before any purchase.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros. The price displayed at the time of ordering is the final price paid by the customer, barring any obvious technical error.
4. Orders
The order is confirmed after the product has been selected, the billing details entered, the payment method chosen and the payment confirmed. A confirmation email is sent once the order has been confirmed.
5. Payment
Payment is made online, using the payment methods offered on the checkout page. The order is only processed once payment has been confirmed.
6. Delivery and access to digital content
For e-books, the file is accessed by secure download, available immediately after payment has been confirmed, from the confirmation email or from the customer’s “My account” area.
7. Right of withdrawal and digital content
In accordance with the rules applicable to the sale of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the customer in principle has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of the order.
However, by ticking the box accepting these general terms and conditions of sale before completing their order, the customer expressly requests immediate performance of the order, i.e. immediate access to the digital file as soon as payment is confirmed, and acknowledges that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal as soon as the download begins, in accordance with the provisions applicable to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

8. Customer’s responsibility
The customer undertakes to provide accurate information when ordering and to use the digital files purchased strictly for personal purposes. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or resale is prohibited.
9. Statutory warranties
The statutory warranties applicable in Germany and in the European Union with regard to digital content and conformity apply to sales made on QuadroSysteme.
10. Complaints
Any complaint about an order may be sent to soulemaneismael@web.de. We undertake to reply within a reasonable time.
11. Intellectual property
The books sold on QuadroSysteme remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. Purchasing an e-book gives the customer a right of personal use and not a transfer of copyright.
12. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by German law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer’s country of residence within the European Union.
QuadroSysteme is not currently registered with any consumer mediation body and does not take part in any out-of-court dispute resolution procedure. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact soulemaneismael@web.de in order to seek an amicable solution before taking any other step.
