General principle
For digital content purchases (books in PDF format), the 14-day withdrawal right provided for distance selling no longer applies once the file download has begun, if the customer has expressly requested the immediate execution of their order and acknowledged the loss of their right of withdrawal — which they do by accepting the general terms and conditions of sale during their order.
Specifically: as long as you have not downloaded the file, you can request the cancellation of your order. Once the download is complete, the digital content is considered delivered and the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.
How to request a cancellation before downloading
If you wish to cancel your order before downloading the purchased file, please contact us as soon as possible at soulemaneismael@web.de, including your order number. We will process the refund if the file has not yet been downloaded.
Technical error or file issue
If the delivered file is corrupted, unreadable, or does not match the product ordered, please contact us at soulemaneismael@web.de: we will provide a corrected file or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Printed books
For printed book orders, when this option is offered, the withdrawal and return conditions applicable to physical goods will be specified on the relevant product page.
