General principle
For purchases of digital content (books in PDF format), the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for distance purchases no longer applies once the download of the file has begun, if the customer has expressly requested immediate performance of their order and acknowledged the loss of their right of withdrawal — which they do by accepting the terms and conditions of sale when placing their order.
In practice: as long as you have not downloaded the file, you can ask for your order to be cancelled. Once the download has taken place, the digital content is considered delivered and the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.
How to request a cancellation before downloading
If you wish to cancel your order before downloading the purchased file, contact us as soon as possible at soulemaneismael@web.de, stating your order number. We will issue a refund if the file has not yet been downloaded.
Technical error or file problem
If the file delivered is corrupted, unreadable or does not match the product ordered, contact us at soulemaneismael@web.de: we will provide a corrected file or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Printed books
For orders of printed books, where this option is offered, the withdrawal and return terms applicable to physical goods will be specified on the relevant product page.
