This policy describes the data actually processed on QuadroSysteme, the purposes for which it is processed and your rights. It will be updated if the way the site works changes.

Data collected and purposes
User account and orders (WordPress / WooCommerce)
When you place an order or create an account: surname, first name, email address, billing address, order history. This data is used to process your order, to give you access to your “My account” area and to let you download the files you have purchased.
Payment
Payment is processed by the payment method(s) offered at the time of ordering. QuadroSysteme does not store any bank card data.
Downloads
After a purchase, you are given a secure, personal download link to access the digital file you have bought.
Contact and sign-up forms
The site’s forms (contact, newsletter sign-up) collect the information you enter voluntarily (name, email, message) in order to answer your request or send you the communications you have explicitly asked for.
Transactional emails
Automatic emails are sent to you to confirm your order and your payment and to give you your download access.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted by Hostinger, which technically processes the data needed to run the server (in particular connection logs). Regular backups of the site are made for security and service continuity purposes.
Statistics
An analytics tool is installed on the site but is not currently connected to any external tracking service. This policy will be updated if an audience measurement tool is activated.
Cookies
The site only uses technical cookies needed for it to work (shopping cart, login session). See our cookie policy for details.
Retention period
Order-related data is kept for the period required by the accounting and tax obligations applicable in Germany. User account data is kept for as long as the account is active. Data from a contact form is kept for as long as needed to handle your request. You can ask for your data to be deleted under the conditions set out below.
Recipients
Your data is only passed on to the technical service providers strictly necessary for the site to work (hosting, payment processing, sending emails). It is neither sold nor rented to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability with regard to your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at soulemaneismael@web.de.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
