These general terms and conditions of sale govern sales made on the QuadroSysteme website (quadrosysteme.fr). Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Products
QuadroSysteme offers e-books (in PDF format, available for immediate download after purchase) and, when specified on the product page, print books. The key details of each book (title, author, format, language, description) are listed on its product page before purchase.
3. Price
Prices are listed in euros. The price displayed at the time of order is the final price paid by the customer, barring any obvious technical error.
4. Order
The order is confirmed after you select the product, enter your billing information, choose a payment method, and confirm payment. A confirmation email is sent once the order is confirmed.
5. Payment
Payment is made online using the payment methods listed on the order page. The order is processed only after payment has been confirmed.
6. Delivery and Access to Digital Content
For e-books, the file can be accessed via a secure download, available immediately after payment is confirmed, either through the confirmation email or in the customer’s “My Account” section.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Digital Content
In accordance with the regulations governing the sale of digital content not provided on a physical medium, the customer generally has a 14-day cancellation period beginning on the date of the order.
However, by checking the box to accept these terms and conditions before finalizing the order, the customer expressly requests immediate fulfillment of the order—that is, immediate access to the digital file upon confirmation of payment—and acknowledges that, as a result, the customer loses the right of withdrawal as soon as the download begins, in accordance with the provisions applicable to digital content not supplied on a physical medium.

8. Customer Liability
The customer agrees to provide accurate information when placing an order and to use the purchased digital files strictly for personal purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited.
9. Statutory Warranties
The legal warranties applicable in Germany and the European Union regarding digital content and conformity apply to sales made on QuadroSysteme.
10. Complaints
Any complaints regarding an order may be sent to soulemaneismael@web.de. We are committed to responding within a reasonable time.
11. Intellectual Property
The books sold on QuadroSysteme remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. The purchase of an e-book grants the customer a right of personal use and does not constitute a transfer of copyright.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by German law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer’s country of residence within the European Union.
QuadroSysteme is not currently registered with any consumer mediation organization and does not participate in any alternative dispute resolution procedures. In the event of a dispute, the customer is asked to contact soulemaneismael@web.de to seek an amicable resolution before taking any further action.
